About Raindrops on Roses

The Raindrops Crew

Raindrops Gardening Crew

Along our journey, we've been blessed with exceptional crew members. Without their strength and loyalty, Raindrops wouldn't be where it is today. If you're a current or future client, you'll always be assured that no one cares the way our crews do.

Opened Raindrops in 2003

I grew up in a 110 year old farmhouse in Pasadena, California. Vividly I can recall three important memories from my childhood. First, my mother's garden which wrapped around the front porch and featured plants like agapanthus and hydrangeas. Second, my grandfather working in his garden everyday all summer long and taking naps next to the kumquat tree every afternoon. Third, my Colorado grandparents sitting on their garden patio every evening for happy hour, easily their favorite time of day.  In 2002 my husband and I purchased our first home in Silverthorne, Colorado. We were so excited to plan, install, and care for our first garden. Every time someone comes to our home I am truly honored to surround them in my love which manifests itself in the form of my garden. As John Howard Payne wrote in 1822, “Mid pleasures and palaces though we may roam, be it ever so humble, there’s no place like home.”

With Raindrops since 2006

I am a true Colorado native, born and raised in the majestic Rocky Mountains. Spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, outdoor living, and learning something new every day are what keep me ticking. During the winter months I am a ski school supervisor at Breckenridge and a certified trainer for the American Association of Snowboard Instructors. While I love the snow more than most, working with Raindrops has taught me to welcome summer and I greatly enjoy making the world a prettier place with an amazing crew!
